By accessing and using this site you automatically agree to the terms and conditions outlined below, and are legally bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions may be modified from time to time at the sole discretion of the 3x3 Gold administrator, without prior notice. It is the responsibility of each member to read these terms and conditions periodically to check for any changes. Ignorance will be no excuse regarding these terms and conditions.

The 3x3 Gold administrator has the right to change any aspects of the program's business model; including but not limited to, membership fee charges, commission and bonus structures, and any other aspect of the program, without prior notice.

Members of the 3x3 Gold program are independent affiliates of 3x3 Gold, and are not considered employees or partners of 3x3 Gold.

Commissions will be paid daily in the evening Eastern Time, unless otherwise communicated to all members. The 3x3 Gold administrator has the right to change the payout minimum requirements, frequency and schedule at the administrator's sole discretion, without prior notice.

There are absolutely no guarantees that any member will make any certain amount of money in the program. The amount of money a member makes is based on many factors beyond the control of the 3x3 Gold administrator. Ultimately, earnings from the program will be the direct result of all the members working together to refer new members into the program. 3x3 Gold is an "active" members program requiring all members to refer at least three members for each matrix they receive.

Because of the products sold (eBooks - Digital Downloads), there are absolutely NO refunds for the products and services sold on the 3x3 Gold Website.

All members are responsible for keeping track of all their earnings and expenses that are incurred as a result of participating in the 3x3 Gold program, and are responsible for paying any taxes that may be due as a result of these earnings.

When promoting the 3x3 Gold program, no member will make false claims about any potential earning that a prospect could make in the program. Members found to making false or misleading claims will be terminated immediately, and lose any commissions or bonuses due to them.

The 3x3 Gold administrator has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy concerning SPAM. Any member found to be using any type of SPAM methods or techniques to promote the program will be terminated immediately, and lose any commissions or bonuses due to them. This includes any SPAM complaints resulting from sending emails to your 3x3 Gold downline.

It is important that all members promote the 3x3 Gold program in a positive manner. All members must conduct themselves in such a way so as to cast the 3x3 Gold program in a good light. Any member found to be making negative statements regarding the 3x3 Gold program in forums, blogs, etc. will be terminated immediately, and lose any commissions or bonuses due to them.

The 3x3 Gold administrator will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred by the use of the products or services offered to its members. The use of the back office site provided to members is used "as is" and members are to use it at their own risk. The 3x3 Gold administrator will be held blameless for any data that may be lost due to server crashes, computer maintenance, computer downtime or any other unforeseen problems that may arise.
